Chinese vice premier meets with Italian business delegation

Chinese Vice Premier Hui Liangyu met in Beijing Monday with a business delegation from the Lazio region of Italy.

Reviewing the smooth development of China-Italy ties, Hui said the Italian business sector has played an important role in boosting bilateral economic and trade cooperation.

He urged the business sectors of the two countries to improve the cooperation. "We sincerely welcome Italian entrepreneurs to expand their business in China," he said.

The Italian delegation, consisting of 60 members, has contacted the business sector of Beijing, Tianjin and the provinces of Hunan, Hubei, Henan.
