CPC representative leaves for France, Sweden, Finland

Qiang Wei, deputy secretary of the Beijing Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC), left Beijing on Thursday for a visit to France, Sweden and Finland.

Qiang, who is on behalf of the CPC, is scheduled to attend a festival of the French Paper L'Humanite, which is hosted by the Communist Party of France.

He will then visit Sweden and Finland.
