Chinese Vice-Premier Hui Liangyu met in Beijing Thursday with visiting Director-General of Food and Agricultural Organization of the United Nations (FAO) Jacques Diouf.
Hui briefed guest on the latest development of Chinese agriculture and rural development and spoke highly of FAO's achievements in world food and agriculture and its good cooperation with China.
The two sides also exchanged views on promoting bilateral exchanges and cooperation. .
