China appoints new ambassordor to Republic of Korea

Chinese President Hu Jintao has appointed Ning Fukui Chinese new ambassador to the Republic of Korea, replacing Li Bin.

The appointment was made in accordance with a decision of the Standing Committee of China's National People's Congress.
