China's NPC delegation leaves Beijing on three-nation Oceanian tour

A delegation of China's top legislature left Beijing Monday for a goodwill visit to Papua New Guinea, Vanuatu and Fiji at the invitation of the three parliaments.

The delegation is led by Xu Jialu, vice-chairman of the National People's Congress Standing Committee.
