NPC vice chairman meets Japanese youth delegation

Han Qide, vice-chairman of the Standing Committee of China's National People's Congress (NPC), met here Monday with a 30-member youth delegation from Japan.

The delegation, dispatched by Japan's Cabinet Office, was led by Kuwahara Hiroshi, councilor of the News Pictorial Agency.

The delegation was invited by the All-China Youth Federation.

Japan's Cabinet Office and the All-China Youth Federation have set up a youth exchange program since 1979. So far, the two have organized 26 rounds of delegation visits.
