The Japanese delegation arrived in Beijing on Tuesday to attend the second phase of the fourth-round six-party talks on the Korean Peninsular nuclear issue.

The Japanese delegation is headed by Sasae Kenichiro, director general of the Asia and Oceanian Affairs Bureau of Japanese Foreign Ministry.
