DPRK should first give up all nuke programs, Japanese chief negotiator

The Democratic People's Republic of Korea should first give up all its nuclear weapons and programs, and it is the key issue of the on-going round of the six-party talks, Japanese chief negotiator Sasae Kenichiro said in Beijing Tuesday.
