Wu Guanzheng, a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, left Beijing Thursday morning for a goodwill visit to Malta, Sweden, Finland and Belarus at the invitation of the four governments.

Wu is also secretary of the CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection.
