HK delegation to attend UN hearingA seven-member team of the Hong Kong government will attend a United Nations hearing under the Convention on the Rights of the Child in Geneva on Sept. 19, a government press release said Friday. Deputy Secretary for Home Affairs Stephen Fisher will lead the team - part of the Chinese delegation - to explain the content of Hong Kong's report under the convention, one of the six major human rights treaties that apply to Hong Kong.
