Death toll in Baghdad car bombing rises to 30: sourceThe death toll in the car bombing in southeastern Baghdad on Saturday has risen to 30, said the police. "The death toll is now 30 and another 38 were injured," a source from the Interior Ministry told Xinhua on condition of anonymity. The source told Xinhua earlier that at least 14 were killed and 10 injured in the explosion. A powerful car bomb detonated inside a market in Nahrawan district of southeastern Baghdad at around 7:30 p.m. (GMT 1530), according to the source.
