Aimed at strengthening exchanges and cooperation and training aviation talents, the third Global Chinese Seminar on Aviation Technology opened in China's Aircraft City Yanliang of Xi'an, capital of Shaanxi Province on September 18. Nearly 100 representatives from both at home and abroad attended the forum.

Their discussions will focus on subjects including the application and development of key technologies and new materials in aircraft design and manufacture, aviation industry's driving role in regional economic development, and international cooperation in aviation technologies.
