A delegation of the Russian federation council led by its chairman Sergei Mironov will pay an official goodwill visit to China from Sept. 24 to 26 at the invitation of Wu Bangguo, chairman of the Standing Committee of China's National People's Congress (NPC).

This was announced by a spokesman for the NPC Standing Committee in Beijing Tuesday.
