China hopes Sino-Japanese disputes on E. China Sea be solved through dialogueChina hopes the disputes with Japan over the East China Sea issue be resolved through dialogue, said Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Qin Gang in Beijing Tuesday. China and Japan have disputes on boundary demarcation in the East China Sea. To resolve the disputes, China and Japan have made two rounds of consultations from October last year to May this year. The two sides need to further discuss on when the next round of consultation will be held, Qin told a regular press conference. He noted that China conducts exploration in the East China Sea inside China's offshore area. The two countries have never conducted border demarcation in the disputed East China Sea.
