font size

Jia Qinglin, chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) visited a painting exhibition on ethnic solidarity in Beijing Wednesday morning.

The paintings by 82 artists feature the people's lives of 56 ethnic groups in China since 1949 when the New China was founded.

The exhibition was sponsored by the CPPCC to mark the 56th founding anniversary of the People's Republic of China and the CPPCC's 56th birth year.
