Japanese youth delegation visits NE China province

A 30-member youth delegation from Japan has started a six-day visit to the northeast China's Heilongjiang Province from September 21.

The delegation, invited by the All-China Youth Federation, was led by Kuwahara Hiroshi, councilor of the News Pictorial Agency.

Japan's Cabinet Office and the All-China Youth Federation have set up a youth exchange program since 1979. So far, the two have organized 26 rounds of delegation visits.
