China's economic efficiency indicators of agricultural non-staple food processing in the January-June period of 2005:

sales expenses: 12.03 billion yuan; growth rate: 30.6 percent;

total profits: 15.27 billion yuan; growth rate: 48.2 percent.

The industrial statistics include all state-owned enterprises and the non-state-owned ones with annual sales income over 5 million yuan (602,410 US dollars).
