China's economic efficiency indicators of smelting and pressing of nonferrous metals in the January-June period of 2005:

sales expenses: 4.27 billion yuan; growth rate: 25.7 percent;

total profits: 19.23 billion yuan; growth rate: 31.9 percent.

The industrial statistics include all state-owned enterprises and the non-state-owned ones with annual sales income over 5 million yuan (602,410 US dollars).
