CPPCC vice-chairman holds talks with South African guest

Xu Kuangdi, vice-chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), held talks in Beijing Monday with Mninwa Johannes Mahlangu, Chairperson of the National Council of Provinces of South Africa.

Mahlangu is here at the invitation of Jia Qinglin, Chairman of the CPPCC.
