China, Oman to further cooperation in oil, infrastructureChinese Vice Premier Zeng Peiyan said Wednesday in Beijing that China will further cooperation with Oman in oil and gas fields. China values trade relations with Oman and will carry out win-win cooperation with Oman in such fields as oil and gas exploitation, infrastructure and communication based on mutual benefits, said Zeng. In this sense, the two countries could realize common development and promote the comprehensive development of bilateral relations, Zeng added. Zeng made the remarks in meeting with Fahad Bin Mahmoud Al-Said, Omani Deputy Prime Minister for the Council of Ministers. Zeng hailed the sound cooperation between China and Oman in the fields of politics and trade in recent years, saying the two countries have been in good coordination in international affairs. Zeng also briefed Fahad on the energy issue in China. Fahad described Oman-China friendly cooperation as an example of international relations, saying it is the common wish of the two countries to further boost bilateral cooperation.
