Jinmen, Matsu to open RMB-Taiwan dollar exchange service

Financial institutions in Jinmen (Quemoy) and Matsu will open exchange service between Renminbi and Taiwan new dollar on a trial basis from October 3, related Taiwan authorities announced on September 28.

According to "Central News Agency", all residents of the two places, Taiwan people and mainland travelers who meet "Mini links" conditions can exchange the currencies at licensed institutions, the maximum amount being RMB 20,000 yuan each time.
