Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Fradkov, Moscow Mayor Yuri Luzhkov and Agriculture Minister Alexei Gordeyev opened the traditional farm produce fair "Golden Autumn" in Moscow on Saturday.
The fair occupies 55,000 square metres in the All-Russia Exhibition Centre in Moscow, where fresh and ecologically clean products are offered to Muscovites and guests, as well as new tractors and harvesting machines are exhibited to show latest achievements of agricultural machine building.
Fradkov in his opening speech promised to allocate more funds to resolve farmers' problems.
After the official ceremony, the guests went to see the exhibition where fruit, milk and other products were offered to them to taste.
