The rocket hit Wazir Akbar Khan district of the city, where many foreigners and agencies are located, around 04:15 am (local time), a witness told Xinhua. One policeman was badly injured during the blast, whose blood was spread at the site.

The injured was taken to the hospital while Afghan police and the International Security Assistance Forces have blocked the way to the scene.
