Statistics provided by the Customs show that from January to August Haier ranked the first among independent Chinese color TV brands in export, topping all in terms of total quantity.
The Haier Group has realized $1.008 billion of export in the first three quarters this year, surpassing the $1.003 billion for last year as a whole.
Judging by the product structure Haier's whole-line products grew at a two-figure speed. Of them Haier microwave oven, TV set, roller washing machine and air conditioner grew at 155 percent, 87 percent, 65 percent and 45 percent respectively.
Judging by market structure Haier's traditional market strongholds in Europe and the United States still kept steady growth. Newly-emerging markets that have brought about strong momentum in the overseas market are South Asia and Middle East. Haier's exports to these markets grew at over 100 percent.
