Ismail Amat, vice-chairman of the Standing Committee of China's National People's Congress (NPC), met in Beijing on Wednesday with a delegation of the Vietnamese Congress Subcommittee of Ethnic Affairs.

The delegation, led by Trang A Pao, arrived in Beijing Tuesday at the invitation of the NPC Ethnic Affairs Committee.
