150-mln-yuan insures G-20 finance meeting

As is learnt on Oct. 12, Taiping Life will provide insurance to 2,000 participants of The 7th Summit of G-20 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors to be held on Oct. 15 and 16 in Hebei Province, including some 150 million yuan of insurance for group accidental injury and annexed insurance for group accidental injury for financial ministers from 20 countries, Chinese participants, journalists a well as volunteers.

According to the agreement, the accidental insurance and accidental medical insurance provided by Taiping Life will be valid from Oct. 14 to 16, 2005.

In line with the international practice, it is normal that the host provides the participants of an international conference with various insurance services including accidental injury insurance.
