Senior CPC offical meets Italian guest

A senior Communist Party of China (CPC) official met with Oliviero Diliberto, secretary-general of the Party of Italian Communists (PIC), in Beijing Monday.

Wang Zhaoguo, a member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, held friendly talks with Diliberto on party-to-arty relations.

The Italian PIC leader and other guests have come to visit China at the invitation of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee.
