BOC initiates cooperation with strategic investors

Wang Zhaowen, spokesperson with Bank of China (BOC) announced on Oct. 17, 2005 that the strategic cooperation project between BOC and other four strategic investors has been officially launched.

Wang noted that BOC's cooperation with The Royal Bank of Scotland will focus on the fields of business and management, and that with Temasek Holding on corporate governance, and that with Swiss Bank on corporate and investment banking business and that with Asian Development Bank (ADB) on internal management and risk-handling.
