US Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld left Beijing Thursday noon, concluding his visit to China.

Rumsfeld arrived in Beijing on Tuesday for a three-day visit as guest of his Chinese counterpart Cao Gangchuan.

Before his departure, Rumsfeld visited and exchanged views with officers with the Academy of Military Sciences.
