Jiangsu leads China in GDP growth during January-September

A report released by the statistics authority in Jiangsu on the province's economy during the first three quarters shows that Jiangsu's GDP during the first three months totaled 1,247.1 billion yuan growing by 14.3 percent, 4.9 percentage points higher than the average level in China and 0.1 percent down than during the first half year.

Disposable income of urban residents was 9,333.68 yuang, boasting the fastest growth in China while price inflation continued to fall back to 2.1 percent.
