GM's sales in first three quarters up 27.8 percent in China

General Motors (GM) sold in the first three quarters this year 472,495 cars in China, a year-on-year increase of 27.8 percent.

Of the total, Shanghai GM and SAIC-GM-Wuling Automobile Co., Ltd. realized 222,315 and 248,366 orders respectively.

With a year-on-year growth of 47.2 percent, the performance of SAIC-GM-Wuling throughout the first three quarters, in particular, has outdone the aggregate of last year.
