Apple sued for "defective" iPod nano screen

Apple is facing a lawsuit as some consumers complain that iPod Nano's screen "scratches too easily."

A delegation of several consumers sued Apple in US District Court in San Jose, California, claiming that the company launched its iPod nano player as scheduled though it was aware of the problem.
