Senior CPC official meets Togolese guests

A senior official of the Communist Party of China (CPC) met in Beijing Monday with a delegation of the Togolese People's Rally (RPT) party, led by Dama Dramani, the RPT secretary general.

Wang Jiarui, head of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, spoke highly of the friendly relations between China and Togo.

The CPC is willing to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with Togolese People's Rally and jointly promote bilateral ties, Wang said.

Dramani expressed gratitude for China's aid to Togolese people over the years.

The RPT stresses the friendship with the Communist Party of China, said Dramani, adding that Togolese people are always the friends of Chinese people.
