Chinese Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing will attend the foreign ministerial meeting of the UN Security Council on the Lebanon issue to be held on October 31 at the UN headquarters in New York, announced Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Kong Quan Friday.

During the meeting, Li will also hold bilateral talks with foreign ministers from other relevant countries, Kong said.
