Mezentsev, vice chairman of the Federal Council of the Federal Assembly of Russia , attend the opening ceremony of the First Euro-Asia Economic Forum held in Xi'an, capital of northwest China's Shaanxi Province, on Nov. 10, 2005. The First Euro-Asia Economic Forum opened on Thursday morning in Xi'an.
