font size

Chinese vice-premier Huang Ju arrived in Tananarive Monday afternoon for an official visit to Madagascar in order to further promote bilateral relations.

Huang is expected to meet the president, premier and presidents of the Senate and National Assembly during his two-day stay here in the Indian Ocean island country southeast of Africa.

He will also deliver a keynote speech at a bilateral business forum Wednesday morning on China's trade policies toward Madagascar and Africa as a whole.

Madagascar is the last leg of Huang's four-nation African tour after Tunisia, Guinea and Botswana.
