Luo Haocai, vice-chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), met in Beijing Tuesday with a Japanese delegation, headed by Takakazu Ishii, governor of Japan's Toyama Prefecture.

The delegation is here at the invitation of the International Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.
