NPC vice chairwoman meets Ugandan guests

Gu Xiulian, vice chairwoman of the Standing Committee of China's National People's Congress (NPC), met in Beijing Tuesday with Rebecca Kadaga Alitwala, deputy speaker of the Ugandan Assembly.

Alitwala headed a parliament delegation to visit China from Dec. 4 to 11 at the invitation of the NPC Standing Committee.
