Angola's national soccer team will play China on December 29 or 30 this year in Malaga, Spain in its first friendly match ahead of the African Cup of Nations slated for January next year in Egypt.

According to Angola Press Angop on Friday, the game is intended to be a preparation for the African competition, in which Angola will play its first match against Cameroon in a group that includes Togo and Democratic Republic of Congo.

The national team will hold its last training session on December 26 before leaving for Malaga via Lisbon for the final stage of the preparation towards the Cup of Nations.

In Spain, Angola will also play friendlys against Bayer Leverkusen, Hertha of Berlim and Brugges of Belgium.

As part of the preparation program, the national team played Japan on November 16 in Tokyo, losing 1-0.
