The third Shenzhen-Harbin international fashion festival will be held from Tuesday to Friday in Harbin, capital of northeast China's Heilongjiang Province.

The festival is co-sponsored by the municipal governments of Harbin and Shenzhen, together with the fashion associations of the two cities.

Some latest fashion designs from the both cities will be displayed on the festival and commercial forums will also be held to discuss the market expansion.

Insiders say that the festival will help domestic name brands go into international market.
