Vice Premier Ro Tu Chol of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) concluded his four-day visit to China and left Beijing Tuesday.

During the visit, Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao and Vice Premier Zeng Peiyan met with Ro on separate occasions.

The two countries also signed an agreement on the joint development of offshore oil.
