China offers more activated charcoal to Russia

Another 400 tons of activated charcoal offered by China has arrived in Khabarovsk, Russia, which is fighting against the pollution belt along the Songhua River.

It is part of the second batch of 1,000 tons of activated charcoal the Chinese government provides to Russia.
