    Premier Wen visits people in quake-hit area

    Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao (1st R) talks with local residents in a relief tent at Zhifang village in Jiujiang County, east China's Jiangxi Province, on Dec. 30, 2005. Wen went to earthquake-hit Ruichang City and Jiujiang City, both in Jiangxi, to inspect the reconstruction work ahead of the New Year's Day. An earthquake measuring 5.7 on the Richter scale hit the area between Jiujiang and Ruichang on Nov. 26, killing 13 people and destroying many buildings.
