Cheng Siwei, vice-chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (NPC), China's top legislature, met in Beijing Tuesday with a delegation of the Spain-China friendship group of the Spanish parliament.

The delegation was headed by Jordi Vilajoana Rovira, second vice president of the Spanish Congress of Deputies and head of the Spain-China friendship group.
