    Iraq tightens security for final election results

    An Iraqi police car patrols in a street in Baghdad, capital of Iraq Jan. 21, 2006. Several streets in Baghdad and three Sunni provinces Diyala, Salahudin, and Anbar are sealed off for 48 hours starting from Friday morning for security reasons ahead of the final election results.

    International bus linking India, Pakistan

    Pakistani delegates and local officials wave each other before leaving, in Indian Amritsar, on Jan. 21, 2006. An international bus running between Pakistani city of Lahore and the Indian Amritsar went back to Lahore on Saturday. The bus dubbed "Punj-Aab" crossed into India from the Wagah border Friday, which marked the third bus service connecting Pakistan and India.
