Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Kong Quan told a regular press briefing in Beijing Tuesday that at the invitation of Chinese President Hu Jintao, President of the Republic of Togo Faure Essozimna Gnassingbe will pay a state visit to China from Feb. 12 to 18.
