| Chinese figure skating pairs win silver, bronze in Turin |
|

They overcame a fall by Zhang Dan to win the silver medal at 189.73 points, 2.82 ahead of their teammates and former world champions Shen Xue/Zhao Hongbo, who finished third. Tatiana Totmianina/Maxim Marinin of Russia won the championship.
