font size

The National People's Congress (NPC) of China and the National Congress of Chile (NCC) established a political dialogue mechanism Beijing Wednesday.

Chinese NPC Standing Committee Chairman Wu Bangguo attended the signing ceremony and inked the agreement in the Great Hall of the People in downtown Beijing.

NCC Senate President Sergio Romero and Chamber of Deputies President Gabriel Asensio signed the document in the Chilean capital Santiago.

According to the agreement, the Chinese NPC and Chilean NCC will set up a dialogue commission and hold rotating meetings in a bid to promote the all-round development of Sino-Chilean ties.
