Myanmar Prime Minister Soe Win on Friday left Xi'an, capital of China's northwestern Shaanxi Province, for Guangzhou in south China's Guangdong Province after a visit to the world famous museum displaying terracotta warriors and horses in the Qin Dynasty (221-206 B.C.).
Soe Win was amazed by what he saw during the visit, saying that he was pleased to enjoy the profound ancient civilization of China and he believed such a nation is bound to have a brilliant future.
As guest of Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao, Soe Win is on a five-day visit to China starting on Tuesday.
After his arrival in Xi'an on Thursday, the Myanmar prime minister visited the Famen Temple where he paid respect to Sarira, remains from cremation of Buddha's body. He also visited a local automobile factory in the city.
