Renault-Nissan leaps to world No. 4 with sales

Renault and Nissan announced that their combined sales reached 6.129 million units in 2005, a rise of 6% over the previous year.

The sales of Nissan and Renault were 3.5977 million and 2.5315 million respectively. The global market share of Nissan-Renault Alliance came to 9.8%, putting it among the world's top four automaker in terms of sales.
